The Vikingo team
In their day, Viking ships were the best-built machines in the world: fast, tough and able to travel further than anyone else's.
We started out as freelancers, carried on in small teams and founded the WPViking agency in 2020. Since 2026 we have been working under the Vikingo name, with more than 16 years of experience and over 600 projects behind us.
We build strategy, brand identities and websites for businesses, and AI workflows for how the company runs inside. All of it carefully planned and made from durable materials, so it serves you for years and takes you further than you expected. Just like the Vikings.

How do we work?
Most agencies start from a brief. We start from a business problem. Before we open the first design file, we want to understand why your online presence isn't delivering what it should, and what your customers need to see and feel to choose you. Design is how the answer is expressed. Strategy is how the answer is found.
That's why none of our work starts with the visuals, whether it's a logo or a website. A brand identity's job isn't to win a design award, and a website's job isn't to dazzle visitors with animations. Their job is to make sure your customer understands what you offer, remembers you and knows what the next step is. For us, good looks are a tool. The goal is a brand and an online presence that bring in clients, measurably.
We do it and we teach it
Vikingo stands on two legs. One is the Studio, where we build brand identities and websites for businesses, the other is education, where we have been teaching WordPress website building since 2015, today in our subscription knowledge base called Fegyvertár.
The two constantly strengthen each other. To teach, we constantly have to research the best solutions, and in Studio projects we test them in real situations. What we build into your website hasn't just worked for us, others learn it from us too.

The vast majority of our agency clients found us through recommendations, from happy clients, partners and students on our courses who saw how we work. In the early years we grew to more than 400 clients without any advertising, and that still shapes how we work today. We carry every project through so that the client tells others about it of their own accord, because our next recommendation always depends on the work we are doing now.

A website we built first won an award in Hungary's Website of the Year competition in 2023, then in 2025 two of our projects received a quality award. The redesigned Shoprenter.hu won in the brand site category and the Ecommerce Expo Budapest website in the event category. The two categories are opposites: a brand site is built to last for years, an event site for a few weeks, and then it has to do everything on a single day.
For us, this duality is the essence of our craft: the same care, for completely different tasks.
