New name, same team

WPViking Agency is now Vikingo Studio

The same team is working on your project, with the same contacts. Our company is still called WPViking Kft., so your contracts and invoices stay the same.

Over the years we ended up with too many names: WPKurzus, WPViking Agency, Fegyvertár. From now on we work under one name: our education brand is Vikingo and our agency is Vikingo Studio. The vikings stayed, they just got an extra “o”.

EcomExpo

EcomExpo is an e-commerce trade event where online shops, brands, service providers and industry experts meet through talks, exhibitor stands and networking opportunities. The event aims to share practical knowledge, market trends and real business experience with Hungarian and international e-commerce players, while building a strong professional community within the industry.

What was the problem?

The previous website couldn't present the event's programme structure properly and clearly. EcomExpo runs over several days, with talks taking place in parallel in several different rooms, but the programmes weren't displayed in a well-structured way.

Visitors found it hard to find their way between times, venues and talks, which hurt the user experience and made it difficult to quickly find the sessions relevant to them.

What was the challenge?

The biggest challenge was presenting the multi-day, parallel programmes in a logical and user-friendly way. We had to create a schedule that is clear, quick to understand and easy to use, even when events in several rooms are running at the same time.

It was also essential that all of this works perfectly on mobile, since during the event most visitors check the current programme on their phones. So the programme structure had to be designed so the relevant day, time slot and room can be found quickly on a small screen too, without unnecessary scrolling or "table collapse".

On top of this, the exhibitor section had to be built twice: a public exhibitor page where listing the exhibitors is the main goal, and a separate VIP area that also shows what discounts each exhibitor offers users. The challenge here was that the two areas had to share the same underlying data structure, yet appear with different permissions and content.

What was the result?

The project resulted in a modern, well-thought-out website with a consistent brand identity that represents EcomExpo's professional standards in a fitting way.

For users, we created a clear, fast interface where programmes, exhibitors and information are available in a clear structure and work smoothly on mobile during the event.

On the admin side, we built a well-structured, efficient system that makes it quick to update programmes, exhibitors and discounts, so the organising team can manage the content independently and flexibly.
