New name, same team

WPViking Agency is now Vikingo Studio

The same team is working on your project, with the same contacts. Our company is still called WPViking Kft., so your contracts and invoices stay the same.

Over the years we ended up with too many names: WPKurzus, WPViking Agency, Fegyvertár. From now on we work under one name: our education brand is Vikingo and our agency is Vikingo Studio. The vikings stayed, they just got an extra “o”.

Installing AnyDesk on macOS and Windows

How to download, install and set up AnyDesk on macOS and Windows so we can help you remotely, with your approval. About 5 minutes.

AnyDesk is a free remote desktop app. When something can only be set up on your own computer (Google Workspace, Analytics or connecting your email to the website, for example), this is how we can help. You approve every connection and you see everything we do.

About 5 minutes. The free version is all you need, no paid licence. During installation your computer may ask for your password or approval. Choose your computer below.

macOS

1. Download

Download the macOS installer: AnyDesk for macOS

2. Install

  1. Open the downloaded AnyDesk.dmg file and double-click the AnyDesk icon.
  2. If your Mac asks whether to open an app downloaded from the internet, click Open.
  3. In the AnyDesk window, click Install Now.
  4. Accept the terms of use. If your Mac asks, enter your computer password.

3. Grant permissions

Without these we cannot see your screen or click anything. AnyDesk shows an icon next to your address when something is missing; click it to open the System Permission Status window.

  1. Click Open Screen Recording preferences and in System Settings turn on AnyDesk in the Screen Recording list (on newer macOS: Screen & System Audio Recording).
  2. Click Request Accessibility and turn on AnyDesk in the Accessibility list.
  3. Click Open Full Disk Access preferences and turn on AnyDesk in the Full Disk Access list. This is only needed if we also send files.
  4. If your Mac offers it, quit AnyDesk and open it again. Screen Recording and Full Disk Access only take effect after a restart.

Windows

1. Download

Download the Windows installer: AnyDesk for Windows

2. Install

  1. Open the downloaded AnyDesk.exe file.
  2. In the AnyDesk window, click Install AnyDesk.
  3. Keep the default settings and accept the terms to start the installation.
  4. If Windows asks whether to allow changes, click Yes.

AnyDesk starts on its own after the installation. On Windows there are no extra permissions to grant.

How to give us access

  1. Open AnyDesk. The main window shows your own address: a 9 or 10 digit number (your AnyDesk ID).
  2. Send us this number.
  3. When we try to connect, a small window shows our request. Click Accept.
  4. You see everything we do. You can end the session at any time with the Disconnect button.

All done. Send us your AnyDesk address and we will agree on a time.
